- Acute & chronic phase of liver failure
- Hepatitis
- <6kg : 1 tablet of 90mg
- 6-16kg : 1 tablet of 225mg
- 16-30kg : 1 tablet of 425mg
- 30-55kg : 2 tablets of 425mg
- >55kg : 3 tablets of 425mg
- Given 1 hour before meal, PO, SID
- Dosage : 20mg/kg
- Recommended minimum period :
- 4 weeks
